Tuckaway Farm is a small, family-owned and operated business.
Our focus is on producing friendly huacaya alpacas with correct conformation and soft, well crimped fleece. We chose these exquisite animals because of their ease of care, gentle dispositions, incredible fiber and a perfect fit with our emphasis on sustainable agribusiness and a vegetarian life style. Mainly, we just fell in love with alpacas and couldn't resist.
Our farm is located in Madison, Georgia, along the Antebellum Trail, sixty miles east of Atlanta. Set in the rolling hills of Morgan County, a region of dairy farms, cotton fields, and pecan orchards, Madison was recently rated "The Number One Small Town in America" by Travel Holiday Magazine and is fondly known by locals as "the town Sherman refused to burn".
We are easily accessed off Interstate 20 at the Buckhead exit, #121.
